GRILLED ASPARAGUS

1 BUNCH asparagus
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

Tin foil

Start up the grill. Chop any tough ends off the asparagus. Even a sharp knife can sometimes struggle to slice the chewy ends of asparagus.
Place the asparagus spears on half of a large sheet of tin foil. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Fold the tin foil over the asparagus and seal the ends. Place on a hot grill for around 8 minutes, until soft.
Remove the asparagus from the tin foil and place on the grate of the grill until browned or charred, roughly one minute on each side.
Remove and serve as a side. Enjoy!
