I N G R E D I E N T S
1 POUND parsnips
1 TBSP olive oil
1/2 TSP salt, or more to taste
1 TSP dried parsley
1/2 TSP ground sumac
P R O C E S S
Preheat the oven to 400 F. Slice the parsnips into thin, 3 inch long strips and place on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary, sumac, and salt. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through. Enjoy with hamburgers or as a snack!
