PARSLEY-SUMAC PARSNIP FRIES

So delicious and nutty! We added parsley and sumac to these Mediterranean inspired parsnip fries. Try with rosemary and parmesan or your favorite herb combo!

I N G R E D I E N T S

  • 1 POUND parsnips

  • 1 TBSP olive oil

  • 1/2 TSP salt, or more to taste

  • 1 TSP dried parsley

  • 1/2 TSP ground sumac

P R O C E S S

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. Slice the parsnips into thin, 3 inch long strips and place on a baking sheet.

  2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary, sumac, and salt. Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through. Enjoy with hamburgers or as a snack!
