QUICK CABBAGE SLAW
A quick and easy cabbage slaw for those hot summer days. This slaw is delicious and will help you stay hydrated :-)
I N G R E D I E N T S
1 green cabbage
2 green onions
1-2 additional veggies of your choosing like carrots, radishes, tomatoes, or kale (optional)
1 TSP olive oil
1/2 lime, squeezed
1/2 TSP salt
P R O C E S S
Slice the cabbage in half. Place the cut side down and slice thinly. Do the same with the other half
Finely chop the green onions into thin rounds. Slice additional veggies of your choosing - we love adding carrots, radishes, and a bit of kale!
Add the cabbage, green onions, and any other veggies you've included to a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and lime juice and sprinkle with salt.
Enjoy on black bean tacos, use as a side, or eat right out of the bowl!
