LATE SUMMER SEVEN LAYER DIP
I N G R E D I E N T S
Hummus
1 JAR marinated labneh from Brush Creek Creamery
1 cucumber, chopped into bite sized pieces
1 tomato, chopped into bite sized pieces
1 TBSP chopped herbs, chopped finely (we recommend basil or parsley but use what you have on hand!)
1/4 cipollini onion, sliced as finely as you can get it
1 JAR marinated feta from Brush Creek Creamery
P R O C E S S
Begin spreading layers of hummus and labneh on a serving plate.
Top with the remaining layers of cucumbers, tomato, herbs, onion, and top with marinated feta. Enjoy!
