D’anjou Pears - Whitestone Mountain Orchard, Tonasket, WA - Firm, sweet, and citrusy! D'Anjou pears are fresh and juicy with a citrus zing. Their firmness makes them a top choice for baking or poaching and their flavor makes them an ideal pick for snacking - a great all-around pear!

Green Kale Tops - Big Sage Organics, Othello, WA - Tender tops of winter kale! Kale tops are the tender kale leaves that form on top of the kale stem in the winter. This new growth is especially succulent due to its young age. Use as you would any kale in the kitchen.

Butternut Squash - Hedlin Farms, La Conner, WA - Sweet, nutty, and smooth! Is there anything quite as comforting as a hot bowl of butternut squash soup? The flavor of butternut squash is similar to sweet potatoes or or pumpkin - sweet, nutty, and smooth. Clean, roast, and puree your butternut to use it as a substitute in any recipe that calls for pumpkin. Butternut scones, muffins, and even pie are in your future!

Farao Mini Cone Cabbage - Big Sage Organics, Othello, WA - Crisp, mellow, peppery! Farao cabbage have tender and crisp leaves that form a small cone. They work well in any cabbage recipe but their mildly peppery taste makes them a great choice for stir frys.

Winter Radishes - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - Crisp, sweet, and spicy! This brightly colored mix with add color to any winter day! Similar to the flavor of the classic red round radishes, winter radishes are mild to medium in spice. Winter radishes make a great addition to slaws, are tasty when pickled for tacos and sandwiches, and add a crisp texture to ramen soup. Find a rainbow of hues in these purple, red, watermelon, white, and green radishes!

THURSDAY - the grain shed, spokane, wa - oatis - One of our shop favorites, Oatis is a fermented oat porridge loaf, with coriander and fenugreek seeds incorporated for a delicious herbal, maple flavor in every sourdough bite. Naturally leavened Sourdough.

ARTISAN CHEESE | brie - brush creek creamery, deary, id - Our award-winning brie is made from raw cow milk. The cheese is aged to a creamy, rich perfection at 60 days. It has a thin, edible, bloomy rind that encases the velvety, yellow center. There is a distinctive bite with a pronounced finish that lingers.
