Sweet Louise Apples - OPMA, okanagan, WA - Sweet, crunchy, tangy undertoneThese apples are unique to OPMA, created at and grown by Bunny Laine Fruit - no one else in the world grows this variety! Sweet Louise apples are sweet, crunchy and juicy with a slightly tangy undertone. The flesh of the apple has a creamy yellow tinge of color and it is slow to brown. This is a wonderfully tasty apple which can be used for a variety of purposes.

Farao Mini Cone Cabbage - Big Sage Organics, Othello, WA - Crisp, mellow, peppery! Farao cabbage have tender and crisp leaves that form a small cone. They work well in any cabbage recipe but their mildly peppery taste makes them a great choice for stir frys.

Lacinato Kale - Big Sage Organics, Othello, WA - Lacinato kale has a slightly rougher texture than other kale, and is best when cooked or sliced into thin strips and massaged. A favorite for kale chips, soups, and sautés.
