Recent press

Hello folks! We're excited to start kicking off our blog and will have new posts on a weekly basis. I thought I'd use our first official post to collect some of the great press we have received since we launched in April.

Potatoes from Olsen and Full Bushel Farms headed out for a harvest-of-the-month feature at Mead School District.

Spokesman Review Front Page This article was the front page of the Spokesman Review on August 26th, just two weeks after we launched. We were still making deliveries from the back of Joel's Scion back them. Amazing to think how far we have come in the past six months!

Spokane Journal of Business This lovely write-up in the Spokane Journal of Business came out just after we launched, and gives a lot of good background of how we built the business.

Harvest of the Month for Central Valley School District Back in October we helped Central Valley bring in heirloom tomatoes and squash to feature in their cafeteria. Krem 2 also did a nice spot on it for the news.

Harvest of the Month for Spokane School District In November, Spokane Schools featured local cabbage for their harvest of the month. This was also our first foray into processing, as we also shredded all this cabbage for coleslaw!

Thank you all so much for your support! We will continue to work hard to get local food into Spokane's cafeterias and restaurants!
