Ahhhh! The Freshness!

You guys! Spring is here! (With the exception of that weird snowstorm we had last week... what was that all about?) It has been absolutely delightful to see pastures green up, tender leaves unfurl, and, after a long winter of beets, carrots, and veggies, to finally see some fresh green vegetables move through LINC and into public school lunches, university dining services, and area restaurants. Here's a little photo essay celebrating some of my favorite springy moments over the last few weeks.
