LINC Box week of June 18

FRRRUUUUIIITTTT!!!! It's finally here! Believe me, I have been searching high and low for the first local fruit of the season and we finally found some great stuff courtesy of Okanogan Producers Marketing Association, a cooperative of 6 certified organic farms up in the Okanogan. They are sending some wonderful red raspberries and a spiffy new fruit called an Aprium! It looks like an apricot and tastes like a plum. I am so excited to try them!
