Potted Basil - Full Bushel Farm, Medical Lake, WA - Small basil plants like you would sometimes find in the produce section of a grocery store. Basil isn't ready to harvest in bunches at this time of year but we can still enjoy it in its smaller form. Use now or plant and use over the summer!

Asparagus - Tonnemaker Hill Farm, Royal City, WA - Enjoy fresh spring asparagus during its short window of availability! Asparagus is one of those hyper-seasonal items but we'll have these tender, green shoots around for through the end of May - soak in this beautiful sign of spring while you can!

Little Gem Lettuce - Full Bushel Farm, Medical Lake, WA - A cute and small variety of green romaine lettuce, perfect for a 1-2 servings of one of the best tasting lettuce salads. Little Gem Lettuce is more heat tolerant than other lettuces, making it perfect for growing the hot days of summer!

Eat spinach cooked to be able to absorb more of its iron and calcium - we love it on pizza, in soups, in curries, or in smoothies.

Imperfect Yellow Potatoes - Channing Farm, Twisp WA - Belmondo potatoes have an excellent taste, smooth skin, and a buttery yellow interior. These potatoes remain firm after boiling, making them a great choice for salads, baked potatoes, and frying. These imperfect potatoes have some blemishes unaccepted at the grocery store.
