Mediterranean Cucumbers - Elithorp Farm, Deer Park, WA and Frog Hollow Farm, Walla Walla, WA - These small and mild cucumbers have a thin skin which makes them a great option for snacking, sandwiches, or salads. Mediterranean cucumbers are on the crisper and less watery side of the cucumber spectrum! They’re an early variety in the spring, making one of the first cucumbers to enjoy.
