Our American Stout is brewed with chocolate malt & roasted barley, then hopped generously with Simcoe & CTZ before being fermented with a clean West Coast yeast strain. American stouts are not sweet, friendly stouts. For those who ask us to make a Black IPA or CDA, this is as close as we get.

100% LINC Malt in the mash and lagered for two months, this crispy beverage is light and refreshing with undertones of tropical fruit and grain. Soft texture throughout

Czech-style Pilsner brewed with locally grown and malted Czech heritage variety Pilsner malt, and hopped exclusively with Saaz.

English style Porter brewed with UK specialty malts from Paul’s Malting. Roasty, with notes of milk chocolate, coffee, and dark fruits.
