1 lettuce head from Hayshaker Farm, chopped into bite sized pieces
1 apricot from OPMA (INW Fruit Shares), sliced into wedges
1 cucumber from Hayshaker Farm, Elithorp Farm, or Peak of Abundance Farm, quartered into 1/2 inch pieces
Balsamic glaze
Olive oil
Sliced almonds
PROCESS
Prepare the produce.
Place the lettuce in a serving bowl. Layer with cucumbers and apricots.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil. Sprinke with almonds.
