HERBED HEIRLOOM TOMATO SALAD
I N G R E D I E N T S
3 medium heirloom tomatoes from Peak of Abundance Farm, sliced into ¼ inch rounds
1 CLOVE garlic from Royal Produce, minced
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 TBSP herbs of choice (we used basil, oregano, and fennel), minced
Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
PROCESS
Arrange the tomato slices on a serving platter. Sprinkle the minced garlic and squeeze the lemon over the tomatoes. Add a drizzle of olive oil, herbs, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
