RADISH AND MARINATED FETA FLATBREADS

This appetizer is simple and fresh! We love how the radishes add a pop of color to this tasty snack.

I N G R E D I E N T S

  • 2 large flatbreads

  • 2-3 radishes from Griffin Creek Farm

  • Marinated feta from Brush Creek Creamery

  • Marinated labneh from Brush Creek Creamery

P R O C E S S

  1. Slice the radishes into thin rounds.

  2. Spread a thin layer of marinated labneh over one side of the flatbreads.

  3. Arrange the radish rounds over the flatbread.

  4. Top with marinated feta.

  5. Slice each flatbread into six pizza slices and arrange on a serving platter. Enjoy!
