Strawberries and Cream

STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM

I N G R E D I E N T S

1 CUP heavy cream

1 ½  TBSP sugar

1 TSP vanilla extract

1 CUP strawberries from J&J Produce

 

PROCESS

  1. Place the cream, sugar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl.

  2. Use an electric mixer to whip on high for roughly 4 minutes, or until the cream forms soft peaks.

  3. Slice strawberries aesthetically. Arrange in layers with the whipped cream in a serving bowl or glass. Enjoy!
