WHOLE GRAIN EMMER PANCAKES

I N G R E D I E N T S

  • 1 CUP emmer pancake mix from Bluebird Grain Farm

  • ⅓ CUP milk

  • ¾ CUP buttermilk

  • 1 egg from Rockin’ Rainbow Egg Ranch

  • 2 TBSP butter or oil

PROCESS

  1. Place the pancake mix in a large mixing bowl. Gently stir in milk, buttermilk, and egg.

  2. Heat griddle and bush with butter or oil. Place ½ CUP pancake batter on the hot surface. When the pancake starts to bubble, flip the pancake and cook until the bottom side browns. Repeat with the remaining batter.

  3. Serve with additional butter, syrup, and your favorite toppings. Feast with the seasons!
