I N G R E D I E N T S
1 red cabbage from Ronnigers Organics, shredded finely
½ POUND carrots from Full Bushel Farm, grated
½ POUND winter radishes from Hayshaker Farm, grated
½ POUND red onion from Elithorp Farm, finely chopped
½ TSP salt
3 TBSP mayonnaise
1 TSP whole grain mustard
1 TBSP apple cider vinegar
PROCESS
Place the shredded cabbage in a strainer and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for 10-15 minutes. Squeeze to remove excess liquid.
Add cabbage, carrots, radishes, and onion to a large bowl.
Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, and apple cider vinegar. Stir into the cabbage mixture until evenly coated. Feast with the seasons!
