CLASSIC COLESLAW

I N G R E D I E N T S

  • 1 red cabbage from Ronnigers Organics, shredded finely

  • ½ POUND carrots from Full Bushel Farm, grated

  • ½ POUND winter radishes from Hayshaker Farm, grated

  • ½ POUND red onion from Elithorp Farm, finely chopped

  • ½ TSP salt

  • 3 TBSP mayonnaise

  • 1 TSP whole grain mustard

  • 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar

PROCESS

  1. Place the shredded cabbage in a strainer and sprinkle with salt. Let sit for 10-15 minutes. Squeeze to remove excess liquid.

  2. Add cabbage, carrots, radishes, and onion to a large bowl.

  3. Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, and apple cider vinegar. Stir into the cabbage mixture until evenly coated. Feast with the seasons!
