LINC Box week of June 10

We hope you enjoyed the abundance of produce in your LINC Box last week! This week we are thrilled to source you some of the first summer squash of the year from Big Sage Organics. We are also excited to munch on a number of greens from Urban Eden Farm, which are often some of the first vegetables ready for harvest in the spring. Thanks to the wonderful 50 member farms of the LINC Foods co-op, we’re able to include a wide variety of vegetables in LINC Box even at the beginning of the harvest season.
