Winter LINC Box - January 29th

We are delighted to say that Winter LINC Box members have increased the demand for winter vegetables compared to past years! This creates many ripple effects on the local food system. Although it limits the short term and current availability of local produce, it also allows our local member farms to grow more winter vegetables next year with less risk of being able to sell it.

We will continue to primarily use produce from our local member farms, but due to limited local availability you may see a few regional items in your LINC Box as well. To source these regional items, we’ve teamed up with the Puget Sound Food Hub, a farmers’ cooperative based in Mt. Vernon, WA which has similar values and sustainability standards to LINC.

We are greatly appreciative of your continued support of our member farms and your combined impact on the local food system!!
