Green Bell Peppers - Full Bushel Farm, Medical Lake, WA - Some of the first peppers of the season with their pleasant bite of crisp bitterness! These peppers can be chopped thinly into a fresh pico de gallo or sauteed for fajitas!

Bi Color Sweet Corn - Big Sage Organics, Othello, WA - Nothing says summer like fresh corn on the cob! Grill to make elotes (Mexican street corn) or boil and spread with butter and salt.

Mixed Greens Bunches - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - Mustard, Tatsoi, Swiss Chard - Swiss chard, or rainbow chard, is a leafy green often found in salad mixes. Try it sauteed with garlic and lemon or layer it into the galette recipe below (scroll down)!, or Kale - Full grown kale is a favorite for salads, kale chips, soups, and smoothies. One of our favorites is the avocado kale salad recipe!

ARTISAN CHEESE | Marinated Labneh - brush creek creamery, dreary, id - To create this award-winning Mediterranean soft cheese, we make yogurt with pasteurized cows milk and drain it through cheesecloth until it is thick, . We then spice it with fresh garlic, parsley and salt. We shape it in balls and drop it in olive oil with peppercorns, fresh herbs and dried red pepper for garnish. Delicious on pita bread and crackers or as a vegetable dip. Use the flavored oil on salads. This cheese won first place in all of North America.
