Try this Homemade Salsa, Tomato Basil Bruchetta, or my favorite during this heat wave... a Caprese Salad!

INW FRUIT | Peaches - tonnemaker hill farm, royal city, wa - Leave these peaches on the counter until they're ripe - the top of the peach near the stem should give a bit when it's perfectly ready.

PLANT PROTEIN | Golden Lentils - palouse brand, palouse, wa - Golden lentils have a honey and citrus flavor. Their texture also allows them to puree well. Dry yellow lentils cook in 15 minutes, with no soaking required.
