Green Cabbage - Ronniger's Organics, Moyie Springs, ID- Great base for slaw, roasting, or soup! Its waxy texture gives it a satisfying crunch in slaws or stirfrys. Try quick pickling it for a tangy condiment to put on everything!

THURSDAY - FRIDAY - the grain shed, spokane, wa - oatis - One of our shop favorites, Oatis is a fermented oat porridge loaf, with coriander and fenugreek seeds incorporated for a delicious herbal, maple flavor in every sourdough bite. Naturally leavened Sourdough.
ARTISAN CHEESE | marinated labneh - brush creek creamery, deary, id - To create this award-winning Mediterranean soft cheese, we make yogurt with pasteurized cows milk and drain it through cheesecloth until it is thick, . We then spice it with fresh garlic, parsley and salt. We shape it in balls and drop it in olive oil with peppercorns, fresh herbs and dried red pepper for garnish. Delicious on pita bread and crackers or as a vegetable dip. Use the flavored oil on salads. This cheese won first place in all of North America.
