Winter Radishes - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - This brightly colored mix will add color your winter days. Similar to the flavor of the classic red round radishes, winter radishes have mild to medium in spice. Winter radishes make a great addition to slaws, are tasty when pickled for tacos and sandwiches, and add a crisp texture to ramen soup. Find a rainbow of hues in these purple, red, watermelon, white, and green radishes!
Lacinato Kale - Ralph’s Greenhouse, Mt. Vernon, WA - Lacinato kale has a slightly rougher texture than other kale, and is best when cooked or sliced into thin strips and massaged. A favorite for kale chips, soups, and sautés.
Yellow Onions - Swiss Farm, Omak, WA - Our multifaceted and indispensable friend in the kitchen. Keep these onions stocked in the pantry for all-around use. Yellow onions have the quintessential strong and pungent onion flavor that’s ready to be chopped, sliced, minced, or diced.
French Fingerling Potatoes - Royal Produce, Royal City, WA - Sweet and nutty fingerling with red skin and yellow flesh. These gourmet potatoes have a buttery flavor and is best for roasting or boiling.
Sweet Potatoes - Swiss Farm, Omak, WA - The classic sweet potato with red-orange skin and moist, sweet, orange flesh. Beauregard is one of the sweetest and juiciest varieties. It typically becomes a large, blocky root that stores well.
Rosalba Radicchio - The Crow’s Farm, Mt. Vernon, WA - The Winter Rose! Rosalba has a crisp and sweet flavor and makes an incredibly beautiful, pink salad. It's known for being less bitter than other radicchio varieties. Enjoy raw to maintain it's lovely rose pink hue!
Cauliflower - Big Sage Organics, Othello, WA - Cauliflower has a mild and slightly nutty flavor. Cauliflower is a great dipper for veggie trays, a mellow addition to curries, and a fit for a feast when roasted whole.
