New Yukon Gem or Red Norland Potatoes - Lilac City Farm, Spokane Valley, WA - New potatoes are young and freshly harvested, allowing for a sweeter flesh and thinner, tender skins. Try them roasted with butter and herbs!

Sugar Snap Peas - Lilac City Farm, Spokane Valley, WA and Mariposa Farm, Everson, WA - Oh snap! These sweet and crisp peas make for a great summertime snack or addition to stir fry.

Romaine Lettuce Heads - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - Romaine lettuce has a delightfully crisp texture which makes for a refreshing salad. Its sturdiness allows for romaine to be roasted, grilled, used in stir-fry, or used as a gluten free option for wraps!

Broccoli - Big Sage Organics, Othello, WA - Broccoli is crunchy with a mild bitterness when raw and sweeter when cooked. Broccoli cheddar soup, broccoli curry, and pasta with roasted broccoli are some of our favorite ways to use these versatile little trees! Pair with strong flavors like garlic, lemon, chili, or sesame.

Mediterranean Cucumbers - Elithorp Farm, Deer Park, WA - These small and mild cucumbers have a thin skin which makes them a great option for snacking, sandwiches, or salads. Mediterranean cucumbers are on the crisper and less watery side of the cucumber spectrum! They’re an early variety in the spring, making one of the first cucumbers to enjoy.
