Beefsteak Tomatoes - Royal Produce, Royal City, WA - Beefsteak tomatoes are one of the largest tomatoes and have beautiful scalloped ridges. Use big slices of these tomatoes in sandwiches or herbed tomato salad, or preserve them for soups and sauces in the winter!

Orange or Rainbow Carrot Bunches - Full Bushel Farm, Medical Lake, WA + Elithorp Farm, Deer Park, WA - Sweet, crunchy, and classic. This root is a staple snack or a much-loved addition to salads and stews. Feature the flavor of carrots by roasting them with garlic and parmesan or sautéing with sage.

Rainbow Potatoes - Royal Produce, Royal City, WA - Rainbow potatoes include an array of yellow, red, and purple potatoes. This convenient mix of potatoes make for a colorful roast!

Poblano Peppers - Wild Sage Farm, Spokane, WA + Royal Produce, Royal City, WA + Lilac City Harvest, Spokane Valley, WA - Rich peppers with mild spice. This mild chili pepper is often roasted over an open flame and peeled. Once roasted it can be used to craft a deep flavored enchilada sauce, queso, or salsa.

Romaine Lettuce - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - Romaine lettuce has a delightfully crisp texture which makes for a refreshing salad. Its sturdiness allows for romaine to be roasted, grilled, used in stir-fry, or used as a gluten free option for wraps!

Spinach - Welcom Table Farm, Walla Walla, WA - Spinach is a nutrient rich green that has a sweet flavor with a hint of bitterness. Pair this crisp green with nuts and fruits for a flavorful and fresh salad. Eat spinach cooked to be able to absorb more of its iron and calcium - we love it on pizza, in soups, in curries, or in smoothies.

Yellow Onions - Swiss Farms, Omak, WA - Our multifaceted and indispensable friend in the kitchen. Keep these onions stocked in the pantry for all-around use. Yellow onions have the quintessential strong and pungent onion flavor that’s ready to be chopped, sliced, minced, or diced.

Ruby Jon offers the same crisp, juicy eating quality of the old-fashioned Jonathan, with 100 percent of the Jonathan’s flavor and size. It has a smooth finish and it is available starting in mid-September. The Ruby Jon is not a good keeper, but makes excellent apple sauce.

HERITAGE PORK SHARE grass-fed and grass-finished heritage pork - ramstead ranch, ione, wa - Berkshire pork is incredibly juicy, has a fantastic flavor, marbles well and is very tender. These pigs live outdoors in diverse pastures and woodlands where they can root, wallow, and lounge to their hearts' content.
