Winged Horse - varietal + bravo brewing co collab - west coast ipa

Yakima Chief Hops connected us with Bravo Brewing co (Guangdong, China) to brew a remote collaboration West Coast IPA to be produced at both breweries. The Characters for "WInged Horse" in Chinese are and analogy for a very creative idea, so we flew with that while creating this tropical and citrus forward IPA with robust bitterness from Nugget in the boil, along with heavy use of Citra & Mosaic in the whirlpool & dry-hop

Fruity Cowboy - fortside brewing company, vancouver, wa - hazy ipa

Not all cowboys are John Wayne. Not all cowboys are even cowboys. To honor all those who lasso -literally as well as figuratively- we crafted this flamboyantly hoppy brew to quench your thirst for adventure and congratulate you for your self determination. Bright orange and lime notes blend with ripe mango in a whirlwind of juicy aromas, blowing across a contemplative plateau of gentle malt and creamy oats. Additional flavors of coconut and grapefruit zest gallop steadily along, disappearing into a burnt orange horizon- light in bitterness yet packed with sublime softness and satisfying vigor. Yee haw to all the cowpokes.

El Dorado Bru-1 - whistle punk brewing, spokane wa - neipa

NEIPA brewed with El Dorado and Bru-1 hops and fermented with a traditional English yeast strain. This beer Is soft, with notes of creamsicle, ripe orange, and pineapple.
