This Extra Special Bitter collab with Steeplejack explores this traditional style by using Washington-grown Baronesse barley malt & Gazelle stewed “Special G” Rye malt from LINC Malt for a rich, spicy body with a touch of herbal hop character from an experimental variety out of the Hopsteiner breeding program. Steeplejack’s English yeast strain adds a fruity compote flavor, striking a balance with the dryness of the beer & robust malts. 
To experience the full flavor of this beer we recommend letting the beer warm up to 50ºF or more before drinking.

Collaboration Kellerbier brewed with Birrificio Del Catria in New Catria, Italy. This beer was brewed with Steffi Pilsner from LINC Malt and dry hopped heavily with Hallertau Mittelfrüh. Floral, with notes of white spring flowers, lemon, and melon. 4.9% ABV
