Hakurei Turnips (bulk - no tops) - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - Hakurei, or Japanese salad turnips, are sweet and crisp when raw or buttery and smooth when cooked. Add them to a salad like radishes or roast them with miso and ginger!

Imperfect Sweet Potatoes - Filaree Garlic Farm, Omak, WA - The classic sweet potato with red-orange skin and moist, sweet, orange flesh. Beauregard is one of the sweetest and juiciest varieties. It typically becomes a large, blocky root that stores well.

Carrots - Full Bushel Farm, Medical Lake, WA - A delicious, easy snack! The perfect topping to any green dish or mainstay on your veggie platters!

Yellow Onions - Channing Farm, Twisp, WA - Saute with olive oil on low heat to caramelize. Mmmm.
