Black Futsu Squash - Frog Hollow, Walla Walla, WA - Black Futsu is an heirloom Japanese pumpkin with beautiful, deeply ribbed, bumpy skin that cures from deep black-green to a warm orange buff color. The skin is edible with a nutty-flavored flesh. It’s great for roasting or pureed in pies and soups! We’re excited to try this Roasted Squash and Tahini Dip recipe!
