Red Brussel Sprouts- Boldly Grown Farm, Skagit Valley, WA - These tasty mini cabbages are in season for a short time! Our favorite ways to enjoy brussels sprouts are roasted with either miso or balsamic glaze or pan fried with potato gnocchi. A great winter vegetable.

Chioggia Radicchio - The Crow's Farm, Skagit County, WA- Use this radicchio, a type of chicory, in your Italian cuisine! Tetsukabuto Winter Squash- Boldly Grown Farm, Skagit Valley, WA - This squash has a relatively low moisture content and when cooked retains a firm texture with a pleasant starchy quality. The flesh is not quite as sweet as a butternut squash, but when roasted, its earthy flavor develops rich notes of hazelnut and browned butter. Testu squash can be used in many ways- we recommend baking it using this recipe, or as a warm dish in this Bengali squash curry!
