Pink Lady Apples - OPMA, Okanogan, WA - This sweet-tart apple has high sugars and high acids with a crisp bite and effervescent finish. It tends to fall more towards the tart side than sweet but is oh so refreshing! It has a beautiful, bright white flesh that is slow to oxidize (in other words, slow to brown) making it extremely versatile as it can be used for baking, snacking, salads, pairing, or for sauce.

Hakurei Turnips - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - Hakurei, or Japanese salad turnips, are sweet and crisp when raw or buttery and smooth when cooked. Add them to a salad like radishes or roast them with miso and ginger!

Rainbow Fingerling Potatoes - Full Bushel Farm, Medical Lake, WA - Sweet and nutty fingerlings in red, yellow, and purple. These gourmet potatoes have a buttery flavor and are best for roasting or boiling due to their firm texture.

Shallots - Elithorp Farm, Deer Park, WA - Shallots taste similar to peppery red onions with a hint of garlic. They’re prized for their delicate flavor and ability to caramelize down into a melty texture.

They even rival the reigning honeycrisp apple in their flavor and complexity. asian pears - Olympic is our final variety of Asian Pear to ripen in the fall and is also our best keeper. Olympic's sweet, caramel-like flavor intensifies over time. Olympic's flesh is also very crisp and sweet. bosc pears - These pears are long and slender in shape with golden brown, russetted skin. This variety is sure to delight with its exceptionally sweet, bright flavor profile. Pair with a sprinkle of thyme for a savory delight! STORAGE: These pears store better than most varieties! Keep on the counter until ripe, and then move to the fridge so they're ready to enjoy!
