Orange Carrots - Elithorp Farm, Deer Park, WA - Sweet, crunchy, and classic. This root is a staple snack or a much-loved addition to salads and stews. Feature the flavor of carrots by roasting them with garlic and parmesan or sautéing with sage.

Broccoli - Big Sage Organics, WA - Broccoli is crunchy with a mild bitterness when raw and sweeter when cooked. Broccoli cheddar soup, broccoli curry, and pasta with roasted broccoli are some of our favorite ways to use these versatile little trees! Pair with strong flavors like garlic, lemon, chili, or sesame.

Fresh Sage Sprigs - Full Bushel Farm, Medical Lake, WA - Sage’s herbal flavor is slightly minty, earthy, and peppery with hints of eucalyptus and lemon. Sage’s bold flavor pairs well with the sweetness of carrots or winter squash, a creamy pasta sauce, or with chicken and pork roasts.

Celeriac - Full Bushel Farm, Medical Lake, WA - A rustic root vegetable great for soups, roasting, or mashing! Adds the flavor of celery to your soups and stews when celery stalks are out of season.

Buttercup Squash - Full Bushel Farm, Medical Lake, WA - Buttercup squash have a creamy, deep orange flesh with a rich, sweet flavor. The relatively dry flesh of the butternut squash makes it a great candidate for a squash and coconut curry or roasted squash with a pad of butter.

Russet Potatoes - Royal Produce, Royal City, WA - Russet potatoes are a great choice for light and fluffy mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, or crispy wedges. Their flesh is starchy, dry, and floury with a mild taste.

TUESDAY - rind and wheat, spokane, wa - cinnamon raisin crumb loaf - Cinnamon and raisins swirl this enriched sourdough bread. The bread is baked with all butter cinnamon streusel to provide a delicious crunch and crumble.

WEDNESDAY - mak bread, coeur d’alene, id - country blonde -  Check out their website to learn more about MAK’s mission to create nutritious and flavorful bread using local grains and by crafting each loaf using natural fermentation!

THURSDAY - the grain shed, spokane, wa - oatis - One of our shop favorites, Oatis is a fermented oat porridge loaf, with coriander and fenugreek seeds incorporated for a delicious herbal, maple flavor in every sourdough bite. Naturally leavened Sourdough.

ARTISAN CHEESE | aged cheddar - brush creek creamery, deary, id - Our clothbound cheddar is aged in the traditional method of wrapping in cheesecloth instead of vacuum-packaging, which allows it to breathe. It develops a nutty flavor after 6 months.

These pigs live outdoors in diverse pastures and woodlands where they can root, wallow, and lounge to their hearts' content.
