Green Frilly Kale - Hayshaker Farm, Walla Walla, WA - Kale is a tasty and nutritious green with a earthy and bittersweet flavor. It has high levels of fiber, antioxidants, calcium, vitamins C and K, and iron. Massaging or cooking these greens breaks down their texture, making them sweeter and easier to digest. Kale is choice for a hearty salad, kale chips, smoothies or soup.

This root is a staple snack or a much-loved addition to salads and stews. Feature the flavor of carrots by roasting them with garlic and parmesan or sautéing with sage.

These pigs live outdoors in diverse pastures and woodlands where they can root, wallow, and lounge to their hearts' content.
