Huckleberry Gold Potatoes - Royal Produce, Royal City, WA - Huckleberry gold potatoes have a deep purple skin with a creamy white inside. This variety was developed at the University of Idaho to be high in antioxidants and low on the glycemic index, meaning it is lower in carbs than other potato varieties.
