Purple Radishes - Full Bushel Farm, Medical Lake, WA - Add a vibrant and crunchy mix of violet purple radishes to salads, tacos, slaws, or sandwiches! These long roots are a great source of fiber and vitamin C.

Slicer Tomatoes - Resilience Farm, Spokane Valley, WA -or- Better Together Farm, Spokane, WA - Their bright red, smooth skin, high sugar and acid levels, and low moisture content compared to other tomato varieties, Roma tomatoes are ideal for cooking down into a tomato sauce or paste. Unlike beefsteak tomatoes, Roma tomatoes are not as juicy or as sweet which is why they're more commonly cooked than eaten raw. However, they taste delicious in salads and even in sandwiches!

Sweet Corn - Big Sage Organics, Othello, WA - Nothing says summer like fresh corn on the cob! Grill to make elotes (Mexican street corn) or boil and spread with butter and salt.

Walla Walla Onion - Elithorp Farm, Deer Park, WA - These onions are favored for their consistently sweet and mild flavor when raw, and due to their high sugar and water content, they take on a deep, sweet, and warm flavor when cooked.
